Chapter Happenings

Sorry to take so long to get this out but we have some
exciting things going on in the next few months.

On Saturday April 12th we will have our first
Night(Dusk)race at the Tulare Cycle Park. Gates open at 4
with Practice about 1/2hr later. Please go out and support
Rick. All riders are welcome and can race Support. If you
want more laps do not forget you can race a support class
also.

Next is the Sierra Chapter National in Turlock on April
26th and 27th at the Oatfield track. This is the first
National of the year and always a great time. Remember you
MUST have the correct backgrounds on your bike or you will
not be scored. If you have not preentered don't worry you
can Post enter.

Starting at our first race in May you must also have the
proper colored backgrounds for you class on your bike. All
Chapters have this rule in place.

For the upcoming race schedule there are a couple additions
including a Saturday night Race at Little Okie. Most evens
will land on Saturdays thru Summer then we will work to get
Sunday events back on the schedule.

Points Battle is heating up. Remember you are not out of
the running if you miss some races as your lowest 5 races
are tossed out. Brian Popoff and Steve Edmunston are in the
lead...
